THE SEA
The Sea was transmitted as part of The Sunday Play series on BBC Radio 3 on January 30, 2000 at 7:30 pm. The play was written by Edward Bond and directed in Birmingham by Sue Wilson, who also directed David Tennant in Facade.
The original play was written in 1973 and draws on some of the same themes as Shakespeare's The Tempest.
